Q: How can i lose weight from my thighs and butt? What form of exercise would be most effective to help me target these regions?

I want you to try to understand that the biggest part to being successful in your endeavors has all to do with diet and nutrition. That in it of itself would take me three hours to explain to you in person. It is very important to drink lots of water, you need to make sure you are aware of your food sources. Protein verses complex carbohydrates and simple carbs.

You need to intake a protein source every three hours in the day. Accompanied by carbs, as well. You need to take a good supplement line that includes vitamins and minerals. (I will be featuring my sponsors supplement line on my web site soon.) I have the good fortune of being on the best there is. I would like to pass them on to you. I can always have all your supplements dropped shipped to you.

You'll need to start doing cardiovascular at least five days a week. No less than 30 minutes and no more than 45 minutes. You'll eventually need to start a good program of weight training 3 to 4 times a week. I have had lots of people schedule times with me and come into town to work directly with me. This knowledge you will carry throughout your life. It would be very valuable.
